WHAT PEOPLE SAY
“Patty is a being of Light who inspired me a lot during the yin yoga teacher training. I loved her peace, and calmness, her gift to transmit her experience of yoga and life. With 7 months of pregnancy, these 50 hours were a gift that I gave myself, to fill me with good vibes, peace and yin energy.
Thank you very much Patty for your warmth, and everything you shared".

Being a passive and subtle practice, Yin focuses on the health of our joints and connective tissue of the body, giving us a deeper degree of flexibility and mobility; it also favors the flow of energy through the meridians or energy channels of our body, offering us a greater degree of vitality and a state of deep relaxation at the same time.
