Mindful art is the conscious expression of our emotions in a specific creative channel - painting, dancing,
singing, cooking, etc. - allowing the emotions themselves to transmute into something
much more powerful than what originally created them.

Art allows us to express the beauty of our humanity in all our integrity, including the uncomfortable, messy, and incoherent fragments that we strive so hard to eliminate.
It reminds us of the beauty of our imperfection and the power of our choices.
When we allow ourselves to create from a conscious space, we accept who we are in that moment, connecting with the emotions we want to channel, at the same time allowing them to be expressed through us.
This means creating from the enjoyment of the process and not for the approval of the final result.
Therefore, every human being is an artist, since we all have the potential to channel how we feel in a unique powerful way.
Art is not something we do in our spare time.
