WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin yoga is currently one of the most popular forms of yoga.
Being a passive and subtle practice, Yin focuses on the health of our joints and connective tissue of the body, giving us a deeper degree of flexibility and mobility; it also favors the flow of energy through the meridians or energy channels of our body, offering us a greater degree of vitality and a state of deep relaxation at the same time.
Yin yoga is also a beautiful opportunity to cultivate Mindfulness meditation techniques that have been proven to be a healing antidote to overworked and stressed lifestyles.
WHO IS THE CERTIFICATION FOR?

To receive your 50-hour certificate in Yin yoga accredited by Yoga Alliance, you must complete a written exam along with a final paper.
In order to teach, you have to be a certified yoga teacher (200 hours) according to Yoga Alliance requirements.

Patty is a Certified Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher with years of experience in Australia and Mexico.
She completed over 500 hours of training in Australia, Bali and India in Hatha Tantra, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as well as Energy Healing with some of the most recognized teachers today.
In recent years she has focused primarily on Mindfulness and Yin Yoga practices.
She currently lives in Mexico where she offers Yin Yoga & Mindfulness trainings, as well as Yoga, Meditation and Art Workshops.
